Until further notice we reserve the right not to supply goods to any person. All Overseas buyers must make contact via email for a shipping quote (sorry this includes any location in Ireland) This site is under constant improvement, any product displayed with a price of £0.00 or blank is awaiting an update or amendment. Please call for full details before making your purchase.

Payment

Not withstanding delivery, the risk of the services, goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full prior to dispatch.

Prices

Prices of goods and services supplied as of this date are correct but subject to market fluctuation and revision. Any overseas orders shall be charged to the buyer at current exchange rates. The company has no control or liability over these rates.

Special Offers

Special Offers that are displayed on this web site are restricted to this web site only. They are not available through are retail outlet in Falmouth Cornwall.

International Orders

International orders, if the buyer does not request a postage quote the company will process the postage fee as quoted by Royal Mail and charge this amount against the payment card details provided by the buyer, this may also include an additional cost for packaging materials.

Returns

If an incorrect item is ordered and dispatched to the Buyer, the Seller will pay for its return to APOLLO 11 extreme. If the order error is made by the Buyer and returned to the Seller the Buyer will be liable for the return cost and a restocking fee of 20% of the total order value. No returns will be accepted without prior agreement in writing or via email by the Seller. This is without exception.

Cancelled Orders.

Payment will only be taken if the item ordered is “IN STOCK”. Once the agreed amount has been processed and you decide to “CANCELL YOUR ORDER” there will be an admin charge of £5 charged to the account details provided. This penalty can be reduced to a “NIL” charge at the discretion of the Retail Manager, at present Mr Paul Morris, Director of Youth Training Miss Sallyanne Opie or the Managing Director. Out of stock items.

If an item is ordered but out of stock we will send an email or call to update you of this situation. The options are as follows;

1, Cancel your order.
2, Put your order on back order.
3, Offer a replacement product.

Discounted Prices and Special Offers.

Discounted prices and special offers, if the buyer makes a purchase that they have not qualified for the seller will charge the normal non discount price.

Small orders

Orders under £10 will be charged a £1 processing fee.

Fitness for purpose

The company are in no way liable for the purpose and fitment of goods and services supplied to the buyer. The company has no control over the fitment, suitability and method of their application or use. The company excludes any condition or warranty implied by statute or otherwise as to the fitness of its goods or any other particular whatsoever.

Liability

The company's liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and/or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.

Delivery times.

Delivery times are not guaranteed, they are a guideline only unless “guaranteed deliver is paid for”. It will be the Buyers responsibility to claim for non delivery against the courier.

Web site images.

The use of any images produced by APOLLO 11 extreme Ltd is forbidden by a third party unless written authority is obtained first. Unauthorised use may result in legal action being taken against any person or company if permission is not obtained.

Your rights as a consumer

Your “Statuary Rights” are not affected by the above “Terms and Condition”
