APOLLO 11 is proud to announce that we have joined forces with Bahne Skateboards in Oceanside California, this comes with the blessing of Bill Bahne and this can only be good for Slalom Skateboard Racing in the USA and the UK.
As part of this exciting new venture Todd Weatherill and Stan Strocher have resurrected the World famous “Bahne Cadillac Nationals..!! Made infamous by the Skip Engblom and the Dogtown Skate Team”.
With the finantial support and specialised skills from Stan Strocher not to mention the charismatic energy that Todd Weatherill exudes by the bucket load, once again Bahne Skateboards is destined for world wide success.
APOLLO 11 will continue to be 100% non profit. Shane Bickle who has sacrificed the last 5 years to help APOLLO 11 on this quest has been rewarded by being appointed Team Captain of Bahne UK by the new co-owner of Bahne Skateboards, Todd Weatherill, check out Todd:Click to find out more about Todd Weatherill
Shane Bickle’s position as Team Captain for Bahne UK and status as a professional skateboarder was secured on the 8th September 2008. He will now work between the UK and the West Coast of the USA, working alongside Gary Linden Surfboards and Dick Brewer Surfboards, two amazing surf legends. We are so happy for Shane and all wish him the very best for the future.
APOLLO 11 USA is in the safe hands of Todd Weatherill, Sallyanne and I cannot express our gratitude in simple words BUT just to say we are so “STOKED”…We know no other person that we would trust with the APOLLO 11 brand name.
One last note, we all hope that this announcement meets with the approval of our loyal customers and friends and we apologies for the staff shortage over the past few weeks, all will be back to normal shortly, our retail shop and online shop is in the hands of a couple well cool young dudes….Please try and be patience and we thank you all!!

We are proud to announce that APOLLO 11 is the UK distributor for the Scriber C-11. Very shortly an all new specially designed Down Hill Race Deck will be offered as an option. The C-11 has been designed as a slalom board and straight line speed up to 60 KPH.
